exercise = me feeling great

I am so proud of myself, I have exercised faithfully (except for the four days that my treadmill was "broken") and last night was my first night back at the gym in about a year and a half. It felt fantastic! I stll have trouble believing that I love to work out. Anyhow I did my same routine from before, I only had to drop about ten pounds on average, and I did less time on the treadmill. I am still working up to where I was before gotta go slow so I don't hurt myself. Anyhow I just wanted to share that things are certainly going in the right direction. Still waiting for my surgery date, worse than waiting for Christmas!

Hi Elena,

I saw your ticker code and figured I would pass on some friendly advice. When you go to tickerfactory.com, you have to copy the actual ticker picture and paste that into your signature box. OH does not support the HTML codes so it won't work if you copy the code. You can either right click on the ticker picture or highlight it to copy it.

You go girl!  I find sometimes I need to push myself to exercise but I always feel better afterwards.  It is really a great way to rid yourself of stress too.  You are doing things right so when you get your date and are ready to start exercising again you will be ahead of the game.

Let us know when you get your date.

Hugs,

Kate

You know it's funny - since moving I haven't joined a gym...I've been doing things at home...but not gym like work outs.  And I just said to hubby "I need to get back to a gym - I feel better when I go there"

congrats on doing so well!

Good for you! You should be proud of yourself. It's not always easy to be soo committed to exercising. Keep it up!

I really need to get my butt back to the gym but I just don't have any ooomph in me right now. I'm really enjoying being a couch potato way too much right now.
