Hold on to your hats out there today!
I am just over 2 years out and here is the plan
B: egg sandwich
S: fage
L: dreamfields pasta with zucchini and spinach
S: s/f chocolate pudding
D: I forgot to take something out - maybe a hamburger and green beans, or salmon - something that defrosts quickly!
S: protein shake - I know i am a bit under my goal today - I was craving pasta though.
E: If I can keep my eyes open I'll get on the Wii Fit

Its been a crazy week and I am in a bit of a rush this AM so here is the quick low down!
B: egg, canadian ham and cheese english muffin from DD...on the run this morning...never a good thing to shove in your pouch when you are in a rush!
L: Grilled chicken sandwich from Wendys (can you see a "crazy day on the run" theme here??
S: Greek yogurt (yay!!!) and an apple
D: perogies....it was the only thing I could yank of of the freezer running out the door this morning!
S: cheese
OK...gotta run! LOL

S: Protein bar & banana
L: Homemade chicken salad on arnold sandwich round; sf pudding
S: Apple w/stringcheese
D: Chicken orzo soup
S: Cheese or protein bar
E: Bike tonight - yesterday was awesome - took 2 long walks - too windy today!
