Good Morning all!! I am 2 years out and here is the plan
B:1/2 bagel with reduced fat cream cheese
S: cheese stick
L: chicken with eggplant and a bit of rice
S: s/f pudding
D: lamb chop and string beans
S: protein shake
What's on your menu for today? Have you been able to stay away from your vice? I have been good in avoiding the crackers and salty crunchy things, soy nuts have been helping with that.
