D: not sure - maybe leftover pot roast or pork ribs and a veggie

D:  chicken and egg plant
S:  Cheese and triscuits

Good morning everybody - closing in on my one year surgiversary! 8 more days...

Here is today's plan:

B:  Protein shake
S:  Apple and stringcheese (looks like I'm copying Heather)
L:  Salad; steamed veggies; meatballs (catered lunch @ work - I'll skip the pasta)
S:  Banana w/sf pudding
D:  Angel hair pasta w/meat sauce; italian sausage
S:  Probably nothing since I'll be attending a township mtg tonight @ 8:00

B: Protein Bar (19 g)
L: White Chicken Chili (28 g)
     1/4 c. ff cheddar cheese (9 g)
D: Shrimp w/ garlic ginger sauce (24g)
S: ??

Total: 80 g!!

E: Wii fit!!!! I love the hula hoop & boxing!!
