Good Morning All!!

How did you do over the weekend? I did suprisingly well! AND best of all my energy is back! YAY! Maybe the switch in vitamins - dunno but I'll take it!

AS for today's food plan here it goes... I am 2+ years out

B: whole grain english muffin
S: quinoa pudding
L: not sure I'll have to go out and get something - probably a salad with meat
S: s/f pudding
D: leftover pepper steak
S: I'm thinking a protein "milkshake"

E: I'll get on the Wii Fit depending on when I get home from getting my hair done. I don't like to exercise too close to going to bed or I can't sleep.

What is your plan?

Hi Liz - didn't get on line all weekend but did pretty good with my eating - printed my food tracker and took it home to write my stuff down - if I don't I forget! Scale isn't moving - been stuck at the same weight for 3 months now (plus or minus a few pounds). Going for a walk today at lunch and cutting out some of the little 'extras' I've let creep back into my diet. Hopefully that will work.

B:  Matrix Protein shake
S:  Apple
L:  Salad; 3 oz piece of steak; grapes
S:  Banana
D:  Baked chicken parm; angel hair w/sauce
S:  NOTHING

E:  Walk at lunch; bike tonight

Morning Liz!  Here's what I have planned:

B:  Oatmeal
S:  Ricotta Cheese
L:  Greek Yogurt
S:  2 cheesesticks
D:??  dunno  I can probably bet it won't be much...something in the car on the way home from work.  I've been doing really well with the carbs lately - and by my parents house (which is where I am) there is an AWESOME bagel shop - so I just might treat myself to 1/2 a bagel w/ reduced fat cream cheese.

I am not even going to tell you what I did this weekend....I think I bought myself a ticket straight to bariatric hell.  Bad, bad, bad....but oh so good, good, good.  I am pleading temporary insanity.....So, its back on the wagon today.

B:  protein shake
S:  1/2 protein bar
L:  cucumber, protein shake
S:  sf pudding
D:  some kind of meat and veggie
S:  cheese.

LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER WITH LEMON.....

I have a plan to join you guys daily...right now I am on my way to Geisginger to take my parents for their daily run....I had two decaf coffee with protein....taking two hard boiled eggs with me to put in the salad up there that I'll get in to cafateria.....only can say for these two meals right now....but it is a start......also took a shake mix with me incase I get the graving for sweets....put some of that powder peanut butter in it too......

B: South Beach Meal Bar (Peanut Butter Chocolate!!!) (19g Protein)
S: Double Scoop Protein Shake (after workout) (48g)
L: 1/2 c. taco meat (28 g)
      1 pickled egg  (6g)
D: White Chicken Chili (New recipe and I love, love, love it) (28g)
S: ???

Total Protein: 129 g!!!!!!

My exercise: 67 minutes on the treadmill...4 miles, Baby!!!  30 minutes strength training!!
