A friend of mine made this recipe and shared a bit with me and it was really good... she used chicken breast... and we both agree that it needs more seasoning to it... so she made it again this weekend... and used some garlic powder and some poultry seasoning powder and it was awesome... she also used frozen onions as well... she also said to use plenty of salt and pepper because the mushrooms tend to be plain other wise...
