well i did so good today until i got home. I had a piece of pizza.
Well i am gonna try again tomorrow. i made the ham and cheese soup. It is Delicious. So now for tomorrow my day will look like this.
4 am breakfast click protein shake with skim milk
9 am breakfast click protien shake with skim milk
11 am ham and cheese soup
1 pm ham and cheese soup
2:30 click protein shake and skim milk
5pm ham and cheese soup
80 oz water for the day
i think this is doable.
