New Update on Val

I just got a text from Val....

It appears that she has a very large ulcer on or in her pouch and part of her pouch has a "pocket" where the food is just sitting.  They will probably ultimately need to do a revision on her pouch to clear all of that up - but none of that can happen until the ulcers have healed.  She is being put on meds to try to correct that problem.

She'll have to go in for another scope in about 2 mos to see how she is healing.

I did try calling her to talk about it more detail but she didn't answer the phone.  I passed on all the love, prayers and support to her through my message and my talking to her last night.

Liz...I heard from her around 12/12:30 ish and she thought they were sending her home tonight.
