After all this time, I still think I can eat a plate of buttered noodles like a normal person.

I can't....d'uh again. So when am I gonna realize this beforehand?

How long is the statute of limitations on for my "I hit my head" excuse?

Thats okay there are times I still reach for some foods only to realize they are a no no. You are not abnormal just a different lifestyle. A good one.  At least you are thinking before putting any foods in your mouth. I used to love buttered egg noodles and a glass of chocolate milk. So you're not by yourself.

Hard to change a lifetime of bad eating habits even in one year - and I talked to Dr Boe about this the last time I saw him because I feel so 'normal' now that I tend to forget I have a pouch, not a stomach, and I forget until its too late - then my pouch reminds me!! He said that happens to a lot of people and isn't necessarily a good thing.

Don't hit yourself over the head - you're probably in enough discomfort as it is from eating the noodles - LOL!!
