B2B TGIF!
Good Morning All!
I am 2 years out and here is the very rough plan
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese & 1 or 2 roast beef roll ups
S: ricotta cheese with cinnamon and splenda (thanks Pam - I am hooked!)
L: ordering out with the girls from work
S: fage
D: some sort of protein and veggies - I have to stop at the store on my way home
S: maybe s/f pudding
E: I am going to break out the Wii Fit tonight and see what kind of "damage" I can do! lol

Good morning LIz....
Hope you have fun with your Wii .....tried it once...don't know how to use all the parts of our bodies like that sometimes......lol....I bought a personal trampolineand made it a goal yesterday at my meeting with post ops in danville to use it ........(I'm afraid my bookcases might fall down on me once I start to jump) but I have made it my goal to exercise.........I passed out the recipes from your place at my meeting yesterday they were so happy with them...they are looking forward to the next set......the girls are from muncy area and bloomsburg and surrounding areas, we meet now two times a month, but it is traveling time for anyone who needs to come because we are so centrally located next to NOTHING.....LOL...LOL... I have to drive 30 miles for me and they do the same or more from the other direction......but it is worth it for the fellowship of other wls people.........I'd like to come to Phila for the sat. one this weekend at barix but that is l15 miles, but you don't know might just do it..........

Hey Liz - its Friday!! Congrats on your visit with Dr Brader - sounds like it went fantastic. I see Dr Boe in a couple of weeks for my one year anniversary - hope its as good as yours!!

S: Banana
L: Slice pizza (not sure what kind yet)
S: 2 oz almonds
D: Soup and grilled cheese on whole wheat; salad
S: Protein shake or bar
E: Bike - only got a couple of miles in last night - dog was driving me nuts and hubby wasn't any help.

S: cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, alfalfa sprouts and lite dressing
L: Pork
D: going out...probably some kind of chicken and veggie or sushi!!
