Good morning all... 3 1/2 years out.

I am going to try to stick to liquids until dinner.. protein shakes, soup, Propel, etc....since I've been over eating like crazy.. especially in the evenings!!  Still low carb, but eat, eat, eat...

Still going to Curves 6 days a week, though!  That in itself is an accomplishment for me!

"Morning" Liz!  Now that I'm awake..here's the game plan....

Greek Yogurt w/ berries
Chicken soup
Dinner:  ??
Popcorn during a movie with hubby

My throat started getting a little scratchy last night at work.  The headcold from last week is draining - so I think it is the post nasal drip driving me nuts....so I'll be sure to get in lots of fluids today to help ease that up a bit.

I heard about your cooking meeting at the Sat Barix meeting and the great recipes that you had last time. Do have them posted? Also, I am a Brader patient from Barix. (I sat next to you at Ruby Tuesdays at the Lancaster retreat.) Was this your first check up with him in Lancaster? I will be due fro my 2 year next month. I saw Dr. Boe for my 1 year at Barix last year but would love to go back to Brader.
