John is working until 2 today and my appointment is for 2 so I'm flying solo but I've been down there enough times that I pretty much know my way. I just don't like the thought of being alone if something happens with the vomiting and pain while I'm actually driving..I'm just going to take my time and be extra careful while on the road. Hopefully everything will be ok but I have my cell if anything happens and John's friend will drive him down to come get me. I should be fine.
I'll let you know how it all goes.

Today is another typical day for me...work, than sparring class tonight.
I found out that my PCP office has been giving me the wrong dosage of my allergy shots for the last 2 months. I ran out this week (4 weeks early) and called my allergist to see what was up....she had them fax over the paperwork and found out they were doing it wrong...that explains why the shots were making me so sick for the first 4 weeks. Thank God I never had a serious reaction! So, its off to the allergist next Thursday for an appointment....in the mean time, they need to figure out what they are doing with me to get me back on the right track.
Anyway.....life goes on LOL
