Are you serious???? LOL. Before WLS, I would get one of those damn things at McD's every evening. I LOVE them but they are long gone for me. Please tell me you aren't joking LOL. (and if you do have a recipe for one, is there a way to use Lactaid or soy?)

Ahh the joys of lactose intolerance!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I like the Elite Chocolate Mint protein powder. I mix it with soy mik, and drink it for breakfast or during the day for a snack... It also takes likes thin mints, and gives me my fix.. (especially now, when they are on every corner!)

OMG that sounds SOOO good. I'll be on this one like white on rice! i'm going to have to go with Soy or Lactaid milk, too, though because I  am already lactose intolerant.  can't wait for the shamrock shake, too.  I got them every year at ST. Patty's Day.. .no more..so I anxiously wait this one.

I second the Murray's SF mint cookies....they are awesome!   Will have to try Mary's version.

Since I am still scraping my step-daughters Shamrock shake from last year off the insides of my SUV, I've just got a visual I can't get over.....that stuff hardened to a plastic I'm sure DuPont could sell.   I can't believe people gladly coat their insides with that stuff.   That, and cleaning your toilet with Coke, who knew....
