Hi - Liz, don't know if you're still feeling under the weather or not so I thought I'd go ahead and get the thread going...I'm almost one year out and here is my plan

B:  Matrix protein shake
S:  Banana
L:  1/2 WW Pita w/tuna; grapes
S:  Lo-fat cottage cheese
D:  Ham and eggs
S:  ???

E:  Bike or walk

I've been battling extreme gas pains the last couple of days and I have no idea why - I haven't really changed my diet but I have noticed that dairy products aren't as friendly to me as they used to be, so I might have to watch that for a while.

Good Morning - Thanks Kathy! I am still feeling crummy but back at work and moving slow.

I am 2 years out and eating according to what the pouch will tolerate!

B: whole grain english muffin with low fat cream cheese
S: oatmeal custard
L: ricotta and a banana
S: fage
D: not sure yet
S: s/f pudding

lots of peppermint tea in an effort to calm the stomach.

Make great choices today!

Morning!  I have been doing protein shakes for breakfast rather than eating and it has really made a difference in my desire to graze!!  yay!

B:  protein shake with water
S:  cheese
L:  veggie soy burger, cheese, fresh tomato
S:  greek yogurt, chia seeds and apple
D:  Pork, cucumber
S:  Cheese on triscuits
E: karate then the gym depending on the roads

Hey HG and old OH-ers, I am back and need you all to keep me in check.  I too need to get back to basics; here's day one of journaling again!

B:  2 lunch meat and cheese rolls(santa fe turkey breast and RF american cheese)
S:  2%cheese stick and RF Triscuits
L:  Chicken and broccoli
S:  2% cheese stick and RF Triscuits
D:  probably 3 oz chicken
S:  to be determined.

I think i need to get back to my protein shakes for BF again, they really did help me before, I too am now grazing Heather.  What do you use Any whey w/rystal light or something else?
How big are all of your servings of meat and veggies, I am not sure where I should be at 15 months post op?

B:  protein shake (not a fan but I am extremely tight in the morning lately)
S:  boiled egg white
L:  spaghetti squash with homemade marinara sauce
S:  not sure
D:  turkey burger with lettuce, onion, and avocado - maybe some sour cream and salsa too
