Snowy Roll Call
Hi All. Drove home in the snow tonight, it was not too bad but I took it slow. I am trying to get sleepy so I can go to bed. I have a 9am client so I need to get some sleep. Maybe she will cancel because of the snow who knows.
I had a few good days with the swelling and then on monday and today it has come back with a vengence. I can hardly wait til next week to see the surgeon so I can pick his brain about what to do. I dont thnk he really gets what it is like since he cannot see me.
I have clients today then back to work at 4:30pm. I will be working on lesson plans and the first exam in my class.

Glad to hear you got home safe. I was a wreck last night driving my mom and sis home from the airport. I-95 was a mess, and there was a car spun out, and all traffic came to a halt suddenly, and I almost rear ended somebody because of the snow. My sister was screaming, and I was yelling at her not to scream.
Anywho, I do not have school today, because Philly schools cancelled. I plan to get my bedroom cleaned up, do some knitting and make an AA meeting. I also have to get surgery scheduled, as I am having sinus surgery, but could not get a date yesterday at the doctor's office.
Hope your clients cancel till the roads clear, and I hope your surgeon gets you the help you need.

We're headed off in a few minutes - Brian has his interview this morning....I'm running errands...
Then it will be home to do a bunch of nothing! I have been busy lately and I've decided to just take the rest of today to relax and veg before heading to work at 7pm. I'll make something for dinner and what not...and perhaps hubby and I will watch a movie this afternoon.

Then it will be home to do a bunch of nothing! I have been busy lately and I've decided to just take the rest of today to relax and veg before heading to work at 7pm. I'll make something for dinner and what not...and perhaps hubby and I will watch a movie this afternoon.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
Another day at work. So exciting! The only thing cool about today is my massage after work. I had to reschedule it from 2 weeks ago and I am ready for it!
After that, it's home to eat dinner with Johnny and maybe play some Yhatzee. For some reason we have gotten on a Yhatzee kick and have been very competitive.........LOL. We keep a tally of our wins and all! (and I am kicking ass of course!) We feel like old people sometimes when we sit there, but it's nice doing something other than sitting in front of the TV every night. And we have great conversations in the meantime. Anyways, I am rambling..........
No kids this evening so I will also try to get to bed early. I am so tired lately. So I will take advantage of hitting the hay as early as I can.

Good morning everyone - its a beautiful snowy day out there - thank goodness most of it didn't stick to the road surfaces so it made the morning commute much easier. I did leave work yesterday at 3:00 - it kept coming down and no way was I waiting til rush hour. It was nice getting home earlier - worked out, then relaxed a little then made dinner. That's the life!
Today finds me at work and I expect it will be a very quiet day - people home with kids, etc. Not sure what I'll do to fill my day but I guess I'll find something.

for me himself. I have Lupus and Fibro and can not have the BAND as it's contraindicated for anyone with autoimmune and The RNY would be to harsh for my system.
So, we're trying for the sleeve. We shall see. He is doing the appeal this week.

I hereby challenge all of you to a snowball fight or at least help me make a snowlady. Just kidding I am a warm wuss I hate the cold. Yep we got snow last night and to look out my window it does look beautiful til you have to travel in it. I have to run a few errands today and then will be home tonite.
