Trust me, there are plenty of times that my plan gets adjusted during the day, but if I start out with one I do much better than if I don't have one in mind at all. And they're not usually big changes, but we all know stuff happens during the day and the best laid plans sometimes just don't work out.

I love salty crunchy and have a hard time finding soy nuts - I can find soy chips with no problem. May I ask where you find yours? And Jerky? Man, I don't know how some of you guys can eat that - its way too tough and dry for me.

Had to leave work all quick like yesterday about an hour early - almost felt like dumping, sweaty, shaky, nauseous, vomiting, etc only made it to my Mom's and had to stop there to lay down for a while. Made it home, happened again in the middle of the night and again early this morning. I am just now (at noon) trying food, I made some orzo (pasta) in chicken broth  - it isn't sitting well but is staying down. Also have this horrific headache on and off - not quite a migraine but still icky!

WHat the heck is up with this winter and colds?! Come on Spring!

So anyway in bed I'll stay today. Have ZERO energy.
