Well, I was back in the gym this morning, after drinking 100000000000 beers yesterday.

They were light beers, so I'm ok, right?

Anyway... 45 mins on the treadmill, 60 minutes weight training, and push-ups and sit-ups tonight.

Anybody else feel like jumping in?

PS- Go Steelers!

Hey Norm - I did my spinning class yesterday and it damn near killed me!  Well, it wasn't that bad really but today my lower back is screaming!  I won't be going to cardio-kickboxing today.  I have never in my life had sweat dripping off of my nose during a workout!

If you're going to spin kind of regularly, you should definitely invest in a removable jelly seat to take with you.

Know how your back feels today?

If you did a lot of popping on and off the seat, your ass will probably feel like that tomorrow.

Get the jelly seat. :)

Once you get used to the spinning class, it will probably become addictive.  It's an AWESOME class - I used to spin at my old gym and LOVED it.

And Norm is right - get the jelly seat - well worth the $15 or so investment.  Your A$$ will thank you!

That is the funny thing... I do not have bike butt at all!  I don't think I sat down long enough to catch it!  My back is feeling better after lots of ice and heat.  I will look into the jelly seat - ummm.... where does one look for a jelly seat?

They have them at Wal-Mart. Pretty cheap too. Just look with the regular bikes.

Yesterday I did 5 miles on the treadmill and knocked 10 minutes off my time from the last time I did it....not bad, but I am way sore today.

Tonight, I will either go to karate or to the gym....it's looking like the gym at this point because I am not sure I will be home in time to get to karate...and my uniform is in the dirty laundry pile...so it depends on how it smells.......
