update and question

hi everyone
don't know if anyone remembers me but i was on here alot prior to my surgery .. i am now a year and a half years out and i am down 130lbs ... 35 more and i think it will time to get the tummy tuck .. i have a question about colon cleanse pills ... has anyone taken them or are we allowed and if so any recomendations?

I haven't tried them. But, I have heard that were not supposed to use them either, I don't know why.

Hi Chris! I remember you and I can NOT believe its been a year an a 1/2 since your surgery...wow, how times flies. You are doing fantastic!! Can't answer your question about the pills.
