Good Karma Needed
Good Evening PA Friends,
The tough economic time**** close to home today. My position as HR Director at a small company was reclassified to part-time today. I will be working two days a week, signing up for unemployment and job hunting. Fortunately I was not completely laid off and I can retain my medical benefits for a while.
I'll take the weekend to lick my wounds and regroup. I can only take one day at a time and have faith that everything will be ok. I firmly believe that all things happen for a reason and better things will come in time.
Please keep me in your prayers.
Teresa

Prayers said. You've got the right attitude. All the lousy job things that have happened to us over the years (including DH being layed off early in our marriage) are now things we look back on positively...if x didn't happen then x wouldn't have happened. Things do happen for a reason. I know it doesn't feel that way right now. Hang in there. ((hugs)) -BG

Teresa,
I'll be thinking of you. Hubby has been out of work for more than 3 years - and even the move hasn't seemed to help matters as of yet. It's tough - but you get through - and YOU are one tough cookie and will get through as well. Hugs and prayers going out for you!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
