Chocolate Chips & diabetisweet orders

OK So I was all geared up last weekend, went to Wal Mart shopping - NO sugar free chcolate chips! I almost cried! lol I'll have to scour Giant's across the area!

I did place the order for the diabetisweet though - 1 box each (brown & white) for Laureen and Nicole and 2 boxes brown for Pam. I should have it early next week ladies - I'll let you know when it comes in.

As for the chips we'll all have to keep our eyes out! I'll gladly send $$ to anyone who can find them!

I had seen them at a Weis' up my way. I can try to get over there this weekend and if I see any, I'll grab them and let you all know.    They also had the diabetisweet (near the condoms and pregnancy tests, of course LOL) So, if you want, I can also get that.  let me know.

I found the sf chips at the Walmart by where I work last week but I really had to hunt for them in the baking aisle - they were on the top shelf sort of hidden, and they were in a dark bag - Hershey's - not the usual Nestles. They're very good - I did grab 2 bags since I finally found them. Maybe they're hit or miss at WM.

Oh man, you passed right by the Weis' too, then.  It's right up the street from the Wegman's over there.  I'll go over there this weekend and get what I can.

don't go out of your way! But if you can get 10 bags I'll send you out a check right away!

I have never been able to find the chips, but my Acme carries the SF mini Hershey bars in 3 oz. bags so I use them.  Probably a bit pricier than the chips, but they work just fine.  I got my Diabetisweet last week and made the brownies....OMG, they were absolutely fabulous!  So, if you can't find the chips, look for the mini bars.

I won't be at my giant until at least monday - probably tuesday - but they generally have them no problems.  If they do, I will grab up a whole bunch for you.

Please send me a PM with how much I need to make my check out to you for. . .  by the way, if all else fails, Carbsmart.com has sugar free (and I think they are also sugar alcohol free) chocolate chips, that's where I've gotten them in the past, but if you can find them without shipping charges, that is always a good thing. . .

I drive right past it if i got early to work next week  i can go in. Not a problem
