Hi Shannon - Thanks for this site - Looking through the recipies brings back many memories of the summers I spent in Scotland with my Gran and the wonderful meals she prepared.  I remember a lot of sweets.  I haven't been back to Scotland since the death of my Grandparents, but would love to go back again someday. - Fran
