pics rock

I absolutely love looking at the before and after pics on the site. They ROCK big time. And I am finding the closer I get the more I am looking at them trying to show myself the changes and the new life. Getting psyched.

Girl,Its one heck of a ride i"ll tell ya,You will be amazed at the differences you yourself will go thru,I still get shocked when i walk by my wall mirror in my hallway,I look and go hey there who are you and where have you been ?Funny hugh? best of luck to you,Keep a log book with your photos thru out your jounery so you can look back and see how you have changed!Hugs Trish

I don't have any after pictures yes, but I have an album of "before I gained weight" pictures which is what I'm hoping my eventualy after pictures will look like.

Yes, they do rock!  Please please please make sure you have pics of yourself - and take them at least monthly.  Even if you don't see a difference each month - others will - and you WILL be able to see those changes when you go back and look at your photos.

Also - on the same note - take measurements before your surgery and then monthly.  when the scale stalls (which it will) you will find you are losing inches and that makes the emotional aspect of this ride a bit easier to deal with.  Also - it is amazing to add them up (for instance, I have lost more inches than I am tall....how cool?)
