Good Morning Gang!

TGIF! I am finally feeling well and getting things done again. I grocery shopped last night so I have a fridge stocked with goodies.

B: HiLo High protein cereal with soy milk
S:roast beef and provolone roll ups - 3
L: leftover salad with turkey and provolone and lite balsamic vinigarette
S: fage with strawberry jam
D: not sure I have out ground meat and salmon
S: s/f pudding made with soy milk

I will be cleaning the house in high gear - that will be my exercise for the day. I am still not up to 100% of my energy level so that will take all that I've got after a day at work!

Keep warm!!

Hey - we're having the same breakfast today!  I found the Hi Lo at Giant last week.  Again with their stupid categorzing...it wasn't with the cereal or even in the cereal isle.  It was in the baking isle with their "sugar free" baking mixes.  *sigh*

Anyways.... the hardest thing for me will be to remember to eat....because when I am in the kitchen I tend to forget to eat (ironic, no?)

B:  Hi Lo Cereal
S:  2 cheesesticks
L:  Leftover fajitas (I never had it the other day...)
S:  Greek Yogurt (look it, same after lunch snack, too!)
D:  Left overs, probably chilli
S:  ??  I might not stick back to basics and might have popcorn.  I've been having a real craving for it lately.

and why can't they all be the same! The Giant on 25th St has it with the low carb foods which is in the bulk food aisle - so I have to walk past all the candy to get there... great marketing!

I do the same thing - when I am cooking all day I forget to eat.

Great minds think alike! I have been craving pop corn too and Chris made himself some last night - I swear I was drooling on my pillow!

Just got back from CUrves... I had a protein shake for breakfast before I left... not hungry yet, so don't really know what I'll eat the rest of the day..  be assurred it will be low carb, high protein, though!

It's -7 here right now!!!  Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Even my snow gloves weren't warm enough, and all I did was go start my car!!

I'm here.  Still achy and sore throat, but no fever and, so far, no dizziness, so I am going to go to the gym today.  I've had a Greek yogurt.  Going to have some oatmeal in a bit.  Also on the menu is cheese, apple with peanut butter, turkey soup, protein drink...not sure what else...

S:  Chicken soup with hot sauce...trying to get rid of this cold..hoping the hot sauce makes me sweat it out LOL
L:  Kasha (buckwheat...which, I found out, is a fruit NOT a grain!), tofu, cheese, sourcream, zuchini casserole....very yummy!! lite peaches in a can
S:  cheese, tlc crackers
D:  Kasha casserole with a soy burger
S:  probably cheese on triscuits

Drinking LOTS of fluids as well.
