Norm, you are a fitness machine and I'm exhausted from just reading what you've done already today! Two hours a day?? You da man!
I'm still working my way back into working out so I'll be back on my bike tonight and doing some upper body stuff. I do think I'll check out Pam's suggestion on the Barry Bootcamp video thing - I need to add more/different to my work-outs.

I didn't post yesterday because I didn't know if I was going to be able to make it to the gym or not.. but I did! I did 20 mins on the elliptical trainer... then hopped over to the treadmill for another 25 switching up my incline from 0 to 4.0, then hit the stationary bike for 10 mins at a pretty high resistance for some good leg work.
If everything goes as planned I'll be back at it tonight!

Back on track... and enjoying the ride
Back on track... and enjoying the ride
That's great.
There is no better way to get back on track than to get up and get moving!
I'm done for the day (mostly) because this is an off-day for the weights. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes running on the treadmill (yes, really running!)
I'll do push-ups and sit-ups tonight, but that takes less than five minutes, as I'm still building up, and only doing 25 sit-ups and 20 push-ups.

Hello all.. today I took a short walk at lunch time. After dinner my daughter and I tried to do a Richard Simmons tape, but I didn't like it because he didn't tell us what he was doing. I am not coordinated enough to try to just follow along without instructions. So, we took that out and did an old (1986) aerobics tape. 30 minutes of cardio and I am sweating like a pig.. but I'm so glad we did it! We are going to try to do SOMETHING every day.
