Back to Basics - Mon. Food / Exercise

Hello everyone!  Just want to say that I hope all the sickies get well soon!  :)
Anyway, here's what's on the menu for today:

B:  uncle sam's cereal w/ skim milk and half a banana
L:  fage w/ blueberries
S:  protein pudding from Lisa (thanks)
D:  flounder w/ cauliflower
S:  cheese stick
E:  1 hr on treadmill

Wel lets see!

Ive been doing better with getting calories in as much as possible.

B: Protein Shake
S:Cheese stick and lunch meat roll Thanks Liz!!
L: Buffalo turkey salad
S: Protein chips
D: Turkey meatballs and something else.
S:Who knows!!

Weird, how many of us seem to be on the same cycle!  I'm due this week too.  That being the case, and the exercise issues I ran into last week, along with my reluctance to get all my liquids down...I lost 3 lbs last week!  Who'd have thought?  I guess the surgery is still working.  My pouch does feel smaller and tighter than it did a week ago. 

New week, new goal: better this week on the liquids than last week.  Exercise will depend on my back and legs, but I will certainly do all I can.

I've had a protein shake for breakfast and am about to go out to lunch...will probably get a salad or a healthier sort of sandwich.  I'm cooking up a chicken stirfry for dinner.

Here's the low down. 

B:  1/2 bagel with low fat cream cheese, weight control oatmeal made with skim milk
S:  Cheese, 5 tlc crackers
L:  veggie burger, cherry tomatoes, roasted eggplant, peppers and green beans
D:  something with meat in it!!!!  Going out, so I will pull up the menu to see what they have.
