Apparently it was coming from my sinuses.....the CAT scan showed sinusitis.

I'm so glad you posted.  Because as I sat here contemplating everything..the more concerned I became (as one of the ER docs told a patient last night, it is our job to assume the worst, rule all that out, and at the end hope for the best)

I actually came online to see A) if you had posted B) if you had a cat scan C) if neither of the above, in anyone had any contact info for you to check in.
