Hershey Medical Center

HI All,

I am getting very frustrated.  I am in the mind set to have the surgery and even choose my surgeon but now my insurance company has denied the surgeon.  The only group that will be covered in the area is Hershey Medical Center's group or I will have to go to Baltimore, MD. Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Cooney, Dr. Rogers, Dr. Haluck, or Dr. Shope?

Did you try Barix Clinic in Langhorne Pa?

Yes, that is where I was planning to go but my insurance company told me that they were not in the Cigna network.  I am so confused, I can understand why people turn their back on the surgery due to the insurance. 

I had Dr. Shope. He did my surgery in 2004. I was happy  with him, and his staff. I am happy with my results and have no issues. Try going to thier Meeting they have there. It's on a thursday but I can't remember which thursday of the month they do it. Good Luck.
