Thank you so much Jill! And you are very welcome for the encouragement...I think we all need it sometimes ;) Things are going well with me. I am officially moving in with my boyfriend Adam one week from today so things have been pretty busy ;) I have never lived with a boyfriend before so I am very excited....a bit nervous too, but mainly, excited ;)

You probably like crunchy snacks; why not keep a good protein bar like the South Beach or Ka****LC (I like the Trail Mix bar) for a nice, legal, snack.

And stop beating yourself up.
