A few questions...
Hey Kathy! Thanks for the reply......I find myself going right to the soy crisps at snack time.....I guess I should look for something alternative, but they are sooo good...........
So if you don't mind me asking, what brand are the nut assortment you bought at costcos? I wish I had posted sooner because I was just there yesterday and could have grabbed them.....sounds like a great snack idea. Also are there other "WLS goodies" that you pick up there? I had my twins with me yesterday and really cannot look as efficiently as I should.........I am taking any an all ideas from this great site full of great people!!!
Thanks again!

I don't use the sf syrups in my ricotta cheese - although you probably could!! Like Karen said...I have my ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon and absolutly adore it. I have it almost every day that I am at work.
I use the sf syrups in greek yogurt CONSTANTLY
I order mine from www.netrition.com They are a bit pricier than some other websites..however...they offer $5 flat shipping fees. So...because the bottles are heavy, shipping from other sites generally adds up QUICKLY. I actually did a compare shop and what not a few months back, and even though the syrups were more expensive, I saved $$ from netrition due to the shipping.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
