Well I ended up grabbing two handfuls of pretzel sticks last night at work.  Granted - I left the rest of the crap laying around alone...but the goal was to not have any of it.  Ah well, we shall see how today goes.

B:  2 cheesesticks 16gm
S:  1/2 cup FF ricotta cheese 14gm
L:  Salad w/ 3 ounces chicken breast 21gm
S:  ??

I'll figure out something for that snack - as it is normally right before I leave work, and if I don't have something planned, I will be eating the stuff I promised myself I won't be.

After that it will be home, napping, and then up for the rest of the day as tomorrow is a night off.  So I will figure out the rest of the menu tomorrow and post what I come up with.

Good morning everyone!

I'm so proud of myself...  I got in my 64 oz. of water yesterday, and followed my menu to a T!

I'm 1/2 way through my 32 oz water already, and so far today I've eaten:

An egg sandwich (1/2 c. egg beaters and 2 slices of light wheat toast with ketchup!)
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese with splenda and cinnamon

For the rest of the day :
The rest of my water...
3/4 c. turkey chilli
4 Oz. tuna w/ miracle whip and celery

and for dinner:  pork and sauerkraut

and snack: Maybe some home made hot chocolate?? :)

Hopefully everyone enjoys their day!

I took something for pain last night and ended up sleeping in very late; my head is still in a bit of a fog.  I won't make the gym today, but am going out for a walk in just a bit and will run the stairs at home a few times.  I'm in the midsts of a reorganizing project at home, so that will keep me busy most of the day.  My husband did all the laundry - lots of it - before I got up today, which was nice to see.  Considering the emotional rollercoaster he's had me on the last week or so, it's the least he could do...

I'm drinking my protein drink now.  Yesterday, I did well with everything except I didn't get all the liquid in.  I got about 80% of it, though, and am aiming to do better today.
