Hmmm...the devil....red skittles bag...it all seems to make sense.

Good for you for not eating the skittles.  They are hard to chew down for the pouch, anyway - regardless of the evil sugar

Good for you!

I partake in sugary stuff once and awhile.  I try not to keep much at home.  I don't have issues with it.  I had alot of food fears bebore surgery. Used to scare me to death to walk down the candy isle!

I am glad you feel this is working for you!  You have great will power!  Congrats!

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

i don't have to give it up per say  because i haven't had it since before surgery.  i eat everything sugar-free.  i have found that sugar is a trigger food for me so i'm in for not having it any more at all.  2009 and beyond!!!  LOL.  SKITTLES????  i have to say, that's kind of a weird sugar purchase.  but hey, you DIDN'T EAT them so YAYYYYYYYYY HG!!!!  maybe you really just wanted to give the "boy" a gift and that's REALLY why you bought them.  hopefully the date was lovely???  skittles and all?????  was he a repeater?????

BIG pats on the back (for not eating the skittles).  :0)

Oh, you said SKITTLES, not SKITTERS! At first I thought this was going to be another of your bodily infarction posts!! LOL! Hey, good for you for not giving in to the little red devil pack of Skittles - you surely wouldn't want to start dumping halfway thru a first date!!

So you gave us the low-down on the Skittles - how did you make out on the date??

It went well.  We had a lot of fun....even though he is a Vikings fan and as far as I could tell the ONLY vikings fan in the bar.

HG,

You are just TOO CUTE!!!!  I have to say that I am a VERY GOOD girl when it comes to sugar.  Haven't tried and don't ever have the desire to.  I know that may change one day, but for now I have very strong willpower against it and I'm sticking to it.

Good for you for saying no.  YOU CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!  Keep up the great work!!!

Karen
