New HIgh Protein Cereal
OMG and it doesn't taste like the box!!
Nutrutious Livinv - Hi Lo I got it in the Maple Pecan flavor but there were 2 others also.
It is made with Splenda - there is 1g sugar, 2g fat, 12 grams of Protein!! and only 13g carbs. Oh and 7g dietary fiber.
I found it in the "low carb" section in Giant, it is made from Soy protein so it is also vegetarian friendly.

There is a recipe on the box for a Banana maple pecan muffin - I might have to try them!
