Hi ,I am not a VSGer,but soon to be a duodenal switch sista' from PA.
Not really on this board much but I do come and check in because the peeps are so cool here,and extremely helpful.

hello, I am hopefully getting my sleeve in feb,09 I meet with the surgeon on 1/16 so I am praying all will go well and I can get on the losers bench.

I've got a Vertical Sleeve (along with a Duodenal Switch)!!

Everyone here on the Pa board doesn't seem to care what surgery the others had! We give support where support is needed.....all the way around!!

There are never any problems, only solutions. quoted by a dear and special friend!!!

My stats:
Starting weight 234 lbs Height 5 ft 6 in
Goal in 7 months (127 lbs)
Currently: 120-123 lbs
Tops Small Bottoms size 2!!!! UPDATED: 11/11

Just wondering if there are any local support groups where VSGers attend along with other WLS. I went to San Francisco to get mine done so I don't have face to face local support just OH and the the surgeons Yahoo board. Just not a common surgery yet, but I'm sure it will be before too long.
