It goes along with the sudafed thing and why sudafed is generally kept behind the counter and you have to physically show ID to get it.

You can make meth with sudafed given the proper equipment found in backyard meth labs. That being said...this "mary poppins" over here has NOOOOO idea what kind of equipment that would be. I do know you need a decent amount of sudafed to make meth....which is why some places also have a limit as to how many packages you can buy at a time.
