Monday menu AND exercise

I am too tired today to start two different posts....so, what are you eating and how are you moving today?

I have karate class tonight and MAY hit the gym depending on how tired I am at that point. 

B:  Jimmy Dean's DeLite breakfast sandwich
S:  cheese
L:  ham and cheese with one slice of rye/pumpernickle bread.  roasted veggies
S:  orange
D:  turkey burger and baked beans
S:  yogurt and sf banana syrup

B:  Cereal, yogurt, nuts & protein powder
L:  Veggie pattie with cheese and eggplant bruschetta
S:  Ricotta with nuts & Protein powder
D:  shrimp pesto salad
S:  Fudgesicles

After work I need bread and eggs so I will probably park the car and speed walk down to the local deli for those 2 things.

Food wise - I am 23 months out and will be eating...
B: 1/4 bagel with lf cream cheese fage yogurt
S: cheese
L: not sure - going to have to pick something up
S: fage yogurt
D: shrimp and veggie stir fry of some sort
S: maybe a protein milkshake

Hope you are making great choices despite the holiday temptations!

My carbs are gonna be high today...not much around and I didn't get something out yesterday to defrost.  Oh well.

B:  Oatmeal 15gm
S:  Cheese and crackers 10gm
L:  Pizza 10gm

Then hopefully I will be lying down for a quick nap and probably won't have anything until I get to work...so here's what I'll bring:

2 cheesesticks 16gm
1/2 PB & Jelly Sandwich 10gm
Greek Yogurt 17gm

Total:  78gm

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
