I saw my surgeon today for my week follow up and I've lost 15lbs! On top of that, I am below 300lbs for the FIRST TIME in my adult life!
When I saw that come up on the scale I actually cried... tried not to-- it happened anyway!
I was also promoted to soft foods! How exciting!

And on the way home I got hit on by a decently attractive man at the travel plaza... lol

Good day... exhausted now though!

Its a fantastic feeling to break those thru those big number barriers - won't be long before you're posting that you've broken thru the 200 lb mark!! Congratulations - many more successes are coming your way!

Congratulations. I know how exciting that can be. It's been over 4 years since I was where you are but I still remember the excitment of seeing that scale move and getting to weights I never thought I could. You are doing great.............

Enjoy every WOW moment you have.

Elizabeth,
Congrats on your success so far in your new life.
It is okay to cry over the scale - I know that they were tears of joy.
