What are you thankful for today??

Thanks so much Pam!  I'm a bit nervous -- especially since I've never lived with a significant other before -- but mostly, I'm excited!  Did you and Brian ever live together before you got married?

I am thankful that
Dr. Herman pulled my last drain today and i can finally take a shower.
that he says things are healing well
i can walk on my own and get around pretty well now
I have a good job, that let me off for my surgery, good insurance that paid for most of it,
We were able to get home before the bulk of the snow

I am thankful for
Jason and his love
my OH friends
My angels Pam and Dennis who helped me through a real,
rough spot. And held jason up when he was scared out of his mind.

My Family
My health
My mind
my friends

SO MUCH MORE COULD BE LISTED, of which I am also thankful.

YAY!!!!!  The last drain is gone!!  Doing the happy dance for you!  So glad to hear you are mending well!

I am thankful for the one thing that I am thankful for every other day and that is my RNY. This little pouch gave me life and without it, I would not be able to be appreciate all the other aspects of my life for which I am thankful for.

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! You have no idea how much that helps me with my self confidence and it means a great deal to me!

Even after all these years as a post op and all this weight loss, I STILL have a very difficult time with the whole picture thing. Unless they're "after" pics to track my current weight, I tend to avoid the camera like it's the plague. Logically I KNOW that I'm not the same 386 lb girl who took up the whole frame of the picture like I did years ago but I still have a hard time accepting what I see sometimes. I have very little if any self confidence but I'm working on it and I've actually become a little better with it.

THANK YOU again!!! You're one of the best!
