I will be going to the gym after I get done teaching today.  I am not sure what I will be doing because I am following a new workout routine.  Good thing I have it written down in my gym bag - my memory is horrible these days.

I'm back into the swing of things, with an hour on the elliptical this morning, and an hour of weight training over lunch.

Today I took one 15-minute walk outside and did 35 minutes of Pilates.
