by B12 at 3 months was 2something and while it says that's within limits - not so for GB patients. I beleive Dr. Marymor told me he wants it somehwere closer to 1000 due to malabsorption. however I still have a feeling that your issues are more viral.

Also FYI, I had a nasty case of vertigo last year and it was a viral inner ear thing that was not able to be "seen" it was just diagnosed by process of elimination. Try to take some benadryl or dramamine when you dont have to go anywhere and see if that helps.
