Who's getting their excersise groove on?? Thursday edition

Good morning!!

Well got up at 4 am and am back on my schhedule!  Lost another 2 lbs. and did my hour on the treadmill.

I am going to start looking for ways to pick up the intensisty and duration of my workouts.

So what are you doing today???

My exercise goal for today is to walk as much as I can, whenever I can. I'll get more 'organized' as time goes on... but for right now, it's just as much as possible.
