What will you do for exercise today?

Me....

1 hour of Karate and at least an hour at the gym.

For today:  three flights of stairs up and down to get my mail and paper.  Walking from chair to kitchen, back to chair, repeated many many times.  Oh yeh - showering and changing my new belly button dressing.

Well - at least I am keeping a sense of humor.  It helps with the PAIN.

Hi Heather - I was a slug last night... old demons were haunting me.  Never made it to the gym and ate way wrong - Oh, well... today is another day.  I have full intentions of running today.  I loaded 30 new songs on my iPod last night - thanks to eveyone's suggestions.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Today I did 1 hour of Karate usually a hour and a half but I had to leave early then I willl go to basketball where I will run with the boys for a little.
