stomach bug / flu?! Is there something like this going around!?

OK so I felt OK this morning, been very tired but well I lead a hectic stressful life! Well today, about an hour ago, soon after lunch, I start getting intestinal / stomach cramps and running to the bathroom. Is there some kind of nasty fast invading stomach bug going around!? One of the girls here at work thought that she heard something about this

God help me if I do have a stomach bug - I HATE being stuck close to the toilet

Yes, it's going around in my office too.  It hits fast and hard and then its gone as quickly as it came.  So far, it hasn't hit me.  Hope you feel better soon, sweetie.
