If you celebrate Christmas, do us teachers a favor...

tell them Santa is watching and they need to be on their best behavior for their teachers...

THIS WEEK WAS EXHAUSTING! Whew!

I second that! This seemed like the l-o-n-g-e-s-t week wtih 25 8 year-olds! But, on the upside... I only have 10 more work days until I get 16 off - that is a great trade off!

As a second grade teacher I am in complete agreement!!! December is the longest but most magical month of the year!!!!

I'm a second grade teacher, too. I dont remember it being this bad the last two years though.

it is exciting though...and the way i decorate our classroom probably doesnt help either. oh well. it's fun, too i guess

As the mom of a second grader, to all of you who are teachers I say "Better you than me!!"

HOWEVER.......

I would like to add that if you are the parent of a college-aged child, please do me a favor as I celebrate Christmas...

TELL THEM TO GET THEIR WORK IN ON TIME SO I CAN SPEND THE 3 DAYS I HAVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING AND BAKING COOKIES WITH MY KIDLET INSTEAD OF GRADING.

And those of you who have college aged children who are graduating in the next two weeks, please tell them Senioritis could be deadly for them.
