Ok folks....someone has to be eating something today....tell me what is on your plan for the day. 

B:  Weigh****chers breakfast sandwich....not my favorite, but good in a pinch.

S:  Hummus and crackers (I forgot my peppers to dip in it!)

L:  Weigh****chers chicken and veggie meal, roasted veggies

S:  Cheese and grapes

D:  Chicken and rice

B: protein granola bar FF SF hot chocolate (9)

S: Fiber one Yogurt (4)

L: chicken cutlet (21)

S: SF Hot choclate with cappaccino protein powder (25)

D:  Monk fish fillet and garlic pecan mixed grains (18)

What brand of granola bar do you use?

Quaker makes a chewy granola bar with protein. It has more sugar than it should, but it's nice and small so I over look that.

I like having some accountability.  I'll post on your thread a bit more often too.

I'm 21 months out and eating just not planning! LOL Terrible I know! This was a crazy weekend and I didn't get to spend my sunday afternoon planning things out like I usually do. So here is what I know...

B: 100 calorie english muffin with smart balance
S: low fat cheddar cheese
L: chicken soup
S: s/f chocolate cookie (homemade - i'll post in the near future)
D: not sure yet - some protein and veggie - whatever will thaw quickly from the freezer! or scrambled eggs with l/f cheese
S: I think that I'll make some pumpkin/ricotta fluff of some kind - I have a bit of pumpkin left in the fridge from a recipe.

I think that will get me to my totals - tomorrow will be a better planned out day!

Trying to get a damn grip.

B- Protein Shake 32 grms protein
water vitamins

L- Scrambled egg with chees and onion 9 grms protein

Tall chai latte 8 grms protein

Green tea with agave nectar

D- salmon with balsamic vinegar
tomato and white bean salad

Not sure on this yet

S- grande chai   16 gm protein

I think that will be it we will see

Here's what I ended up doing:
I was in classes again all day for work...and ended up having an additional snack cause it's the only thing I could do to not fall asleep while the damn lady was talking.  And then on the way home decided to pick up dinner for myself as hubby wasn't gonna be home.  **** poor choice on that one too.

B:  2 cheesesticks 16gm
S:  Pretzels 4gm (that was the impulse buy at the convenience store on one of our breaks)
S:  Greek Yogurt 18gm
L:  1/2 sandwhich on whole grain bread w/ ham and cheese 18ish gms
S:  Greek Yogurt 18gm
D:  Cheeseburger happy meal from mcdonalds.  Yes, I ate the whole cheeseburger and actually most of the fries, too.  Apparantly that was over 500 calories...23gm of fat...and 23gm of protein.  The fat might be about 2gm less cause I didn't get the milk (I had water when I got home) but that also means the protein is probably about 8gm less.....well that's enough to make me want to become bulemic.  (ok...that's a really bad joke and that illness is nothing to joke about...)

I'll be skipping my snack tonight as I'll be going to bed early again tonight.

Here's the fluids I had:

67.6 ounces of crystal lite
40 ounces of decaf tea (by the way....a 20 ounce hot tea at the little convenience store IN the hospital at work today cost 63 cents each.  Not bad!  Hence why I ended up having two!)
20 ounces of water

At least I was good w/ the fluids.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
