Do you ever feel like you have an air bubble stuck in your back after eating or drinking?  It feels like if I could burp it would feel better.  Does any one know how to burp it out????

Have someone pat you on the back? Works for babies-might work for you!

I know exactly what your talking about. I have been getting that gas pain since beginning. It can get pretty uncomfortable. Having someone pat your back can help. Also i know if you keep moving it comes out faster. I hope something works for you. Good luck

I don't think I have experienced that but I am finding it very difficult to explain some of what I feel in the pouch area sometimes.  I would do some stretches side and up and down to get the muscles (and thus the air) moving.  Feel better soon!
