I am 2+ years out and this is the plan for today. 

B:  bagel and lite cc....I attempted to make a packet of high protein oatmeal that I got at some support group or something....well....I am not a great cook (yes, I have had many mishaps in the kitchen)  I guess I over cooked it...it came out of the bowl in one solid, rubbery wad...my coworker said it looked like suet (the crap you feed to birds).  It kind of reminded me of silly putty....oh well!

S:  Cheese, fruit

L:  pork and cheese on a mini roll, tomato, handful of ff chips

D:  Thin crust pizza, roasted fresh veggies

S:  no sugar added fudge pop

Decaf coffee with skim milk
Crystal light
decaf tea

With the oatmeal you didn't put enough water in it.  Also try the Kashi Go lEan oatmeal this stuff is great. At the moment I'm eating quaker oats weight control. It's ok but I prefer the Go lean.

I was a good girl and packed up my food for today as the other day I didn't and began to eat graham crackers and stuff like that while at work.  Not good!  I'm almost 13 mos out...

B:  Oatmeal....hopefully not suet, LOL  13ish gms depending on how much milk I use
S:  Greek Yogurt 17gm
L:  1/2 PB sandwhich 12gm
S:  2 cheesesticks 16gm
D:  Cheeseburger 28ish gm
S:  ??

Total:  86gm plus snack if I have one before bed....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
