Mary's Broccoli Pizza with a Twist~
About two weeks ago Mary posted a Broccoli Crust pizza...well I was feeling adventurous last night and made it only.....
I used spinach instead of broccoli and added some ricotta and Italian cheeses instead of the cheddar! Plus I threw some tomato sauce into the mix as well as on top with fresh sliced mozzarella It turned out excellent and pretty yummy!
