Shenango Valley Support Group?

I just wanted to say how important I think aftercare is to keeping off the weight. My monthly support groups have been such  help to me, and I plan on attending for many years.  I have two friends that just had the surgery and both do not want to attend any support groups. I have tried to tell them how helpful it is.  Ok, I am stepping down from my soap box :D


Hey all. I am trying to reach some of the members of the Shenango Valley Support Group that meets at the WomanCare center in Hermitage. On Tuesday we planned to plan a Christmas party for all of the members, and I was so excited! BUT John and I cant make it to the meeting. If any one knows when and where the party will be, PLEASE let me know! THANKS!
