Good Morning Everyone,
I am up again during the night.  I got up to visit the bathroom, and could not get back to sleep.

Saturday has me going to an appointment, then home to tidy and take care of my grades for report cards at work.  Nothing terribly exciting.

I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Hugs,
Trish

Good Morning Trish and Pa!

Today has us venturing out to get our licenses and what not done.  Should prove to be exciting, no?

Afterwards my parents are contemplating taking a trip up to say hello.  We're not sure if that will actually come to pass but we are playing it by ear.  If they don't - I have no idea what else we are doing today.

We are going to Jersey on Sunday to see his parents and to visit with some other people and things like that (hence why my parents might not come up today - we just might see them on Sunday as well)

Other than that....nothing to exciting.

Hey - you guys have way to much rain in these parts!  For the two weeks we've lived here....it's only not rained for about 2 days total.  Brian has asked if we inadvertently moved to Seattle as opposed to Easton.  When do we see the sun?

Hey Pam,
This rain is weird to me, and I am a born and bred Pennsylvanian.  It makes me want to get a Gene Kelly film on DVD and start "Singing in the Rain."  LOL

Hugs,
Trish

Good morning!
Well I am up on this fine rainy Saturday to go get my bloodwork done, then to the post office, then to CVS, then to
Harbor Freight (for tools for the hubby), then back home to finish marking tests and start doing grades for the Report Cards --must be that time of year Trish!!!

Hopefully after all that I will head to the treadmill for an hour and enjoy the rest of the rainy day in quiet....

Have a great one!!!

Hey Laura,
Philly Public Schools has three marking periods.  Report cards are not till just before the Christmas holiday, but we have to have them done by next week so we can enter all our teams' grades just before Thanksgiving.  It's a pain, but I like that I can play Scrooge at Parent Conferences right before the holiday.  Bah Humbug!!!

Good Mornin' Everyone,

I have to be at work by 10am---yuck.

Today is my stepdad's b-day and I want to head over to their house later. I asked what I could get him for his b-day and my mom said "BAKE A CAKE AND BRING IT OVER, WE'LL ALL HAVE CAKE!!!!"

Didya ever have one of these people?! ACK! The woman is two fries short of a happy meal.

Tonight I have to study and I want to go shopping for a second-hand bookcase.

Good Saturday morning everyone!!

Today will have me doing some transcribing before I take Connor to bowling at 11:00.  Then I'm going to come home and get more transcribing done and some cleaning done.  We are having an open house tomorrow and I have to work at Macy's at 10:45.  So I won't really have any time to do the cleaning tomorrow.  It's basically just straightening up and sweeping the floors.

Anyway, then tonight I'm heading to Michael's in Bensalem with my sister-in-law and some of her friends and hopefully will catch up with friends from Barix.  So come one, come all to the "meat market"!!!!  It will be tons of fun.

Well, have a great Saturday everyone!!!

Mornin' All,

It's a miserable day here in the Poconos. This rain makes everything so blaaaaah.

On a non-blah note, John and I finally get to meet Heather G. today!! Woooo Hoooo!! Yipppppeee! I know I'm a dork but what can I say? It's the little things that mean alot to me and make me happy. Anyways, she's up this way for a couple of days so we're having lunch with her and Dennis and then maybe hitting the casino for a bit. With any luck, we'll hit it big and then go blow all our winnings on my new found hobby and love....SHOE SHOPPING!!!! A girl can never have too many pairs of shoes.

Other than that, we don't have anything planned so we'll probably just come home and relax.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Another rainy day in paradise.  Pam, I have lived here for almost 5 years.  When it rains - it RAINS, but when its nice - you will love it - promise.  I guess I didnt realize that you are in Easton - which is not all that far from us.   You and Brian made the right decision and you will learn to love it here too - just give it time.

Saturday has me working around the house some, then taking the kids to MMA at noon, I will be spinning then my work out (its now taking me almost 2.5 hours - I need a life...lol).  Later in the afternoon - will get to the movies to see Daniel Craig on the big screen and tonight hopefully meet up with Karen at Michaels.   Not so sure about the 'meat market' thing - but some hard core dancing and fun.

Hi all,

I have been a bad, bad board poster of late so I figured I'd jump back on the Roll Call train!

I am enjoying a quiet Saturday morning, reading the paper and drinking (decaf) coffee.  Very nice. I have another date tonight with a guy I met recently online.  We met in person earlier this week and so far it's been good.  So we'll see where this goes.  I ended things with a long-term boyfriend a few weeks ago, and I wasn't expecting to get back out there this quickly, but well, life doesn't always happen on our schedule, does it?  :)  Dating is as nerve-wracking as ever, of course, but I am doing my best to be brave.  It's also funny to me how with dating as a post-op, I really don't care too much where we go for dinner -- I'm more concerned with things like going someplace that's nice to walk around, and I'm amazed that I can now do things like walk while holding a conversation.  Amazing!

Today I plan to get my butt to the gym, then I'll go get my nails done after that.  Then I have to get ready to go out -- I may need to go shopping first though..

Have a good day all!
Lesley
