Sublingual B-12

I dont remember the exact #, but I do remember that I went from the high end of normal to borderline low....something like 950 down to 200. 

Anyone else here just go and get a shot monthly? I decided to go that route , one less thing to have to remember during the day/week. Besides its as easy as pie for me, my primary lets me come in w/o an appt and just get it at my convenience.
